Reservation Agreements *

I understand that my deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another litter. I understand that Bartell Haus cannot guarantee the number of males/females a litter will produce and if desired gender is not available you will be moved to next available litter. I understand that Bartell Haus reserves the right of first pick of litter. I understand that reservation order is determined by the date that the down payment is received (if it is a check, it will be reserved by the date the check clears) I understand that the price of the puppy is subject to change up till the date the down payment is received.
